- SDStephanie D.Jul 21, 20241.0Service is trash. I had an Amazon package scheduled to be delivered on a Sun by USPS. Early in the morning the package was marked as “Out for Delivery”. Around 3:30 pm, the lazy, incompetent workers marked the package as “ Customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection. Please collect your package once available for pick-up”. Obviously I never requested this and it is a lie. This is the second time they have done this so they don’t have to deliver Prime packages on Sundays. This is what happens when you live in a rural area with no support.
