- AHAdam HintonApr 14, 20251.0I had a package come in to the post office, and since I was in town, I went to go pick it up. I was greeted by a little old lady at the front desk. I told her who I was and asked for my package. I was then told that I could not have it! When I asked why, I was then met with "The post master said to mark them for delivery tomorrow." I explained that I wouldn't be home tomorrow, and it's a sensitive package. To which she stated " I don't know what to tell you!" Since when can you not go in to the post office and get your mail???? I've come to the realization that they are part of the federal government, so you can't rely on them for much, but come on....if you show up in person you should be able to get your mail!
