- CCCadeNov 5, 20221.0Absolutely ridiculous. There must be a new manager at this post office because 3/5 of my packages are returning to sender. Certain Websites you order from such as Amazon, don't allow you to put your P.O box number as your Address so my only option is to use my physical address attached to the PO BOX. But multiple workers at this post office keep telling me that I need to put my PO BOX number in order for them to know who the package belongs to. What are we living in 1950’s? Its 2022, quit being lazy and search up the address on your postal database to find out what PO BOX it belongs to. This just started happening in 2022! Ive had multiple people, from friends to family members within bay springs telling me the same thing is happening to them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! You already making half of the bay springs population pay for a PO BOX because you don't want to deliver mail to our homes, the least you can do is take the time to lookup the address of the packages to make sure we get it.
