I don't know how USPS even stays open. They have no problem shipping commercial JUNK mail, but can't be bothered to deliver packages properly. Here's a hint. If you don't want to, or can't deliver packages on time, get out of that business. At the very minimum just leave a note in the mailbox telling us to come pick it up. Don't leave it on trucks to get lost. Speaking of vehicles, we live in a rural area. If you can't find drivers that can handle rural roads with a little snow on them, pay more for drivers that will. Y'all know there are people waiting on important deliveries (medical supplies, medication, time sensitive things of any sort). Can't even be bothered to keep better hours for people to attempt to pick their items up. Pretty poor operation, this location.

I can’t even count on my hand the number of times my packages have been delivered somewhere else! It happened again today! Can’t get a hold of them at all even if it wasn’t a weekend day. If you go and complain in person they give you a huge run around! I am so over it. I wish places allowed you to choose who delivers items because USPS would be the last place I’d choose!

Completely incompetent. They've delivered multiple of my packages to the wrong address and have left packages in my driveway where they would get ran over.

On Saturday, August 9th, I had a car part delivered by FedEx and the provided picture verified that it was left in my mailbox. That night, I got home and checked my mail to find just a credit card offer letter but no package. No notes or anything. It was stolen from my mailbox. I got ahold of the shipper and had to initiate an insurance claim over the stolen part. I checked my mail every day since then and had gotten no mail whatsoever. On Thursday, August 14, I had a wrinkled pink post office slip left in my box that was dated for the 9th with a note written on it that said "FedEx left in box please call to complain TY 8.15". I go to the post office and they explain that it wasn't supposed to be left in the mailbox so they took it. It took them 5 days to leave me a note about where my package is. In that time, I lost hundreds of dollars in work that I had to turn away because of the car that was married to my lift, waiting for that part. The kicker is that I was required to pay for their having to handle the package. So not only was it stolen from my mailbox, it was held for an $8.15 ransom that I was told to take up with FedEx for reimbursement. Yes, FedEx was in the wrong for leaving a package in my mailbox but for it to be stolen and given no notice until 5 days later, then expected to pay for that is outrageous.

Tie your package to a rock atleast you will know where it’s at and it will get to its destination faster. Dropped package off July 27th never scanned. Went in person Friday August 1st, told to call on Monday. Called Monday August 4th, told to call Wednesday. Called Wednesday August 6th, told to wait 90 days and file a claim. Still no tracking update. A single job to do and unable to do it. Absolute waste of a government building. If I could give negative stars I would.
