- RLrakshya lamichhaneJul 24, 20251.0I had a 9:00 AM appointment for a passport application. Unfortunately, I did not receive any prior email or notification about the cancellation. It turns out only one person at the location handles passport applications, and they had called in sick. I only found out after driving 40 minutes to the post office. To make matters worse, the cancellation email was sent about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time—by which point I had already made the trip and spoken with the staff. Very frustrating experience and a poor communication process. Better contingency planning and timely notifications are needed.

Maybe they have a sensitive wrist that keeps them from closing boxes correctly? If so they should find a different roll in your establishment. Due to the fact that leaving a mail box open risks the mail falling out and getting damaged. That puts your title and competency at risk if this goes uncorrected. Sometimes our deliveries are the most exciting thing for us please do not tarnish it. Kind regards.
