I went back to this UPS store 4 dayds later at 1pm in the afternoon, and yep, closed again with no explaination on the door! I just called to see if they were open and nobody answers the phone AND the mailbox is full! This is clearly not being managed properly.

It seems to be immaturity. And not a manager in sight to help them with what they don’t know. Each employee gave me different excuse which is it guys?? I won’t be using this location again since I was unable to get my package shipped. Had to go to another UPS store location nearby. Somehow they didn’t have an issue. Train your people.
