I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Laurie on what a great human she is. She has been the best mail person I have ever encountered. She has been so thoughtful since the moment she became my mail woman. I ordered a gift for my husband and Laurie delivered it and took time to leave a note. It said that it sounds like the contents of the box seem broken so she is going to put in a report. She could have just left it there and went on about her day, but, her report made it easier for me to get a refund because she took the time and care to make note of it. There have been many times where im called away from the house to do something and it will start raining or snowing, Laurie will slide my packages into my mudroom so they don't get damaged. These actions take serious love and care and I appreciate this so much. She makes me feel like my things will be safe because its who she is as a person. Not just as her career, but deep down in who she really is. She is kind, thoughtful, caring, respectful and trustworthy and that is rare to find in one package 📦 Thank you for being what you are Laurie, I notice every little act of love coming from you and I appreciate what a top quality person you are 💜 we are so lucky to have you!

The staff is fantastic and so helpful. Used to hate having to go to the post office, but here it's like visiting a neighbor and having a good chat while you're working!
