- SHSusan HelmOct 20, 20255.0I have always appreciated the good service and friendly support at our local post office. I use to work at Parcel Express and went to the PO twice a day. Lately, I have been so very impressed by my carrier Acea. I have had several packages too big to fit in my box. Acea brings them to the front door and I always try to meet him there just to see his warm and friendly smile. When I first met Acea, he delivered a large amount of things to my porch, I asked him if I could tip him, he said "It wasn't necessary he was just doing his job and that the postal service took care of him". I was impressed by that response. Give that Man a raise.... he is an exceptional employee that takes care with his customers.
- AAA&K AcresFeb 28, 20221.0The postal clerk that handles passports is incredibly RUDE and unaccomidating! We have been there twice and still have not received a passport. The first time she curtly informed us that an appointment was required and it couldn't be for the same day. The second time, she informed us that she would be keeping our original birth certificate to send in with our application. She probably could have informed us of that the FIRST time we were there. Since, we needed the original birth cert for another appointment that same day, we asked if we could come back shortly to complete the passport process. Not surprisingly, she said NO! Also, she had 3 more open appointments available that day, but couldn't possibly fit us in!? Unbelievable, that she could be so inconsiderate, nasty, ill mannered, and ungracious to customers. She could use some classes on manners and customer service.
