After the third attempt of not being able to find our driveway while not just putting it in the box, we were told we could pick the package up as long as we got there by 8. They close at 6. And we stupidly did not double check before driving 45 minutes. I’m going back to avoiding companies that even work with UPS. Our FedEx guy finds our house just fine. USPS can follow delivery instructions. UPS is a joke, and this location especially has the worst kind of people working there. Who lies to people like that? And right before the holidays. Update: a second package has been not delivered to the mailbox. Despite the delivery strictly stating in the mailbox. We will never be using UPS again.
