  Worst place to ever ship or receive a package from. I’ve been lied to repeatedly about where my package is. The tracking app is shit and also apparently doesn’t really track the package. It’s days late and as fare as I know hasn’t even showed up to the FedEx office that’s it’s supposed to be at

  My first visit in the employee seemed upset that he had to help me with an order. After receiving quote for said order I go to the store like the email said and the employee is clueless on how to proceed.

  Please fire the thin dark haired individual everyone is consistently complaining about in the reviews. He has zero customer service ability. He's rude and makes every customer feel like they are a problem. I will go out of my way to avoid shipping anything out of this facility.

  I absolutely dread going to this location. You are never greeted, you are never acknowledged BUT you are always treated like you are a bother to them. Horrible customer service.
