- KCKatherine ChildressNov 21, 20201.0Terrible experience. This is not my usual post office, but it was on my way to work so I stopped at the Wentzville PO. Half the customers weren't wearing masks despite exponential covid cases in the community. So I decided to jist drop my packages from my small business in the drop box. Well none of them have started tracking or arrived 5 days later. When I called the lady was rude and said because I dropped them off in the box they would never track, which is not the case with my two local post offices I usually use. I told her that abd she said they must be the only ones in the country that do. Well regardless, none of my 7 packages have arrived 5 days later, which is very problematic because they were sales from my business. These were all shipped Priority, so should be 2-3 days. And to be rude about it. Lesson learned, do not use this post office if you can help it. Your packages may never arrive.

It’s getting out of hand and they need to get the problem resolved because I’m tired of my bills being lost. Also we noticed most our mail looks as if someone opened the corner to peek in it. Very concerning.
- DBDenise BatchelorJun 23, 20201.0It would be nice if they could put the right mail in the right mailbox !!! I lived in St.Charles for many years, never had a problem. When I first moved to Wentzville 10 years ago ....had no problem ! The last 4 years nothing but Issues !!!! They have shoved packages in my mailbox and have broke the flag. I get wrong mail on a daily basis. I receive messages saying my packages here delivered, go out to the mailboxes ( NO PACKAGE) a hour later my package will show up , that’s if they didn’t put it in my neighbors mailbox. He holds on to my mail and they have to retrieve it after few day. Please train your employees better and hire more people if needed. ☹️
