- DRDanielle RandallJul 8, 20201.0Wentzville post office has been losing our mail. Just in one week we had two companies email us to inform us that they never received payments. This happens often. It’s getting out of hand and they need to get the problem resolved because I’m tired of my bills being lost. Also we noticed most our mail looks as if someone opened the corner to peek in it. Very concerning.
- ADAmaria DiablaFeb 17, 20181.0If you have time sensitive stuff that needs to be post marked by a certain date or shipped on time, don't bother taking things to this post office. We have dropped off packages at least four times several hours before closing time that take several days to post and just lost out on a rebate because it took five business days for a small letter that was handed to an employee to make it over to where they post mark items. - and we handed it over days before it needed to be postmarked by. Seriously pissed off right now. Next time, I'll just take my things to FedEx and pay the bit of extra money to have my things handled in a timely manner.

The Lady working behind the counter is not professional at all she would not accept my credit card because it said SEE ID come on I use it everywhere,, don't worry I will not be back to the USPS again for package sending.... UPS has my business from now on !!!
