- SBSeth BattenMay 31, 20251.0They have not attempted to deliver packages that require signatures multiple times, and have resulted to putting the orange paper saying they attempted to deliver in my mail slot. I have stood on our balcony and watch them not attempt to deliver, and they do not do anything to try and fix it other than say we will try again next time. Awful service.

I just walked in to get my questions answered and they ended up letting me have a walk-in appointment. I recommend Joplin Post office over the Webb city post office.

Right when I walked in a girl had been waiting for 10 minutes and finally he came to assist her and she was mailing and package, he ripped it out of her hands, threw the receipt at her, and didn’t even say to have a nice day. After that, I asked for my package because it said it arrived to that facility, I have never been treated with so much disrespect in my entire life. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
- BPBrian PyleMar 14, 20201.0Our mail carrier in the Webb City area has made 5-6 mistakes in the last 2 months. We have a communal mailbox and we have received other people's mail/packages and had to deliver it to them ourselves. This time our package was put in someone else's mailbox and our neighbors have yet to deliver to us (which is not their responsibility and they might not check their mail often). This is a package that was not cheap and we were expecting it on time.
