- SJSamantha JohnsonJul 18, 20251.0The driver in Robin ridge (middle age man with a beard) does not attempt to deliver bigger packages. Leaves a slip and makes you go get it. I am home and watch the mail get delivered. There was no attempt. I also went INSIDE the post office and asked if they are supposed to take polymailer outgoing packages put inside the mailbox as outgoing and they said yes anything that fits in the mailbox should be taken but he deliberately leaves in in there every single time. I’ve lived in so many places and states and they always take them. You only need a delivery request for boxes. He’s lazy and rude. He came at me once really irritable when the post office told me he should be taking them.

I have stood on our balcony and watch them not attempt to deliver, and they do not do anything to try and fix it other than say we will try again next time. Awful service.

I just walked in to get my questions answered and they ended up letting me have a walk-in appointment. I recommend Joplin Post office over the Webb city post office.
