Another lady is a grouch, but whatever :) I needed to track down a certified letter I had sent. Receivers say they didn't get it and I needed to know who signed for it. OF COURSE I threw away the tracking since it had been delivered. Dan came to my rescue. After giving him ALL THE WRONG INFO to find the darn thing (wrong date...etc), he came through for me. Still smiling and laughing with me while I was trying to get my sh*t together. THANK YOU DAN. SO MUCH for going above and beyond to help me!!! PS my mailman, Brian, is also awesome. :)
