- NBNeil ButlerAug 21, 20255.0So today I sent 7 boxes to the UK, and one box to Philly. There was a lot of paperwork and it took us a couple of hours, but we have a bonafide hero that works there. Jeremy was so helpful and patient, despite numerous rude and impatient customers (not us). We were amazed at his patience and professionalism. This man deserves a local service medal of some sort (@The Mayor of Roberts take note). We so appreciated your help Jeremy, and wish you lovely customers from this point forward. Ps, his boss didn't help him / us despite there being 8 people waiting, and was happy to instruct him to finish a load more work after the shop closed. Thanks Jeremy, nice one mate.

- MPMolly PitchfordFeb 12, 20195.0I've been going in a lot recently. Two of the ladies there are so sweet--I believe Cindy is one (and I can't remember the other!) Another lady is a grouch, but whatever :) I needed to track down a certified letter I had sent. Receivers say they didn't get it and I needed to know who signed for it. OF COURSE I threw away the tracking since it had been delivered. Dan came to my rescue. After giving him ALL THE WRONG INFO to find the darn thing (wrong date...etc), he came through for me. Still smiling and laughing with me while I was trying to get my sh*t together. THANK YOU DAN. SO MUCH for going above and beyond to help me!!! PS my mailman, Brian, is also awesome. :)
