They gave me two not home slips on the same day. One says it was attempted to be delivered 11 days prior, and the other was the day of and the final notice. Literally makes no sense. Good luck calling them, you'll never talk to a person or obtain any useful information

I was notified that a package could not be delivered to my home. It's a shirt in a small box. I order online all the time and never had an issue with any other delivery service. They did not want to walk from the mail truck to my front door. LAZY LAZY LAZY

Update: My wife makes the exact same Christmas cards for everyone on our list, 30 usually. They are all EXACTLY identical, same design, same card stock, same materials. She brought in 24 and was charged around $3.40 each. The very next day, I brought in the last 6. He didn't measure it. He didn't weigh. He just said that it is $5.80 each. I pointed out that they were exactly the same cards that my wife was charged $2.40 less yesterday. He just said that's the cost, wasn't it or not. They are the least helpful, most unfriendly and unhappy people and they want everyone to be just as miserable. ‐----------------- I have never had a good experience at this post office but things seem to be going downhill very quickly. A friend took a card to the post office for my wife who just had major surgery for cancer. We live six miles from the post office and it took over a week to get to our house! And, today, at 6:10am, my Amazon package was out for delivery. At 9:32am, apparently, I requested that it be held for pickup??? If you screw up, don't lie to shift the blame. Own up, man up, we messed up and it will be delivered tomorrow. I would have been very happy with that. But to blatantly lie and blame your customer is reprehensible. This branch is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Horrible...

Temperature sensitive medicine delivered at 12:30 pm and was not put in smart locker or notice in PO BOX for pickup. I got off work and went to pickup medication at 1am and NOTHING. Service here has been declining as with all post offices under Dejoy, and now Steiner, but what else would anyone expect out of a postmaster general that was ceo of waste management.
