Wish I could leave 0 stars!! Horrible and extremely rude. I received a package for my birthday that was sent priority mail with insurance. When they delivered it it was all beat up. Looked like it had just been thrown around and was NOT taken care of at all! So of course I took pictures before I even opened the box. When I opened it I found one of the bottles that were sent had busted opened. It was a plastic bottle so it didn't crack and product was everywhere. It ruined everything! I took it up there to see what they could do to fix this issue. I explained to the girl at the desk what happened and she was like oh you need to speak to the manager, I said "please". I explained to him what happened and he proceeds to tell me that his first impression is "the box was used before" (it wasn't) I told him it wasn't and you can tell by the tape that it hadn't been, he agreed. Then he proceeded to say that "there's nothing they can do because it was shipped wrong". Keep in mind I've had the same item sent to me and never had it bust open or leak at all! Then he said it happens all the time! I was pretty aggravated after that and asked why pay insurance if they are just going to treat everyone's mail as trash? And if they hadn't thrown my package around it never would have leaked in the first place! He stood there silent.
Needless to say I will NEVER ship with them again!
