- CNConnor NoelJun 17, 20201.0My apartment complex put in a new mail slot system in the wall and after 2 weeks of receiving no mail, I went up there to ask why and they gave me all my mail and said that the box “wasn’t up to code” since it had to be atleast a foot off the ground. Understandable i guess but inconvenient but when i got back to my apartment and looked, it was atleast a foot and a half to two feet above the ground then i tried to call them to tell them and they would not answer. So I guess i will have to go up there every time i want my mail.
