She kept helping people while I nervously googled the zip then she passed me off to the rudest man who said "what is this" about my package in the rudest tone both of them making me look stupid so I took my package and left I'm not going to be made to feel that way by someone in service work. I also see this po only rates 2.1 and I see why they suck

Then I went to the actual Post Office, and the people there were very nice, helpful and solved the problem in just a couple minutes. I was very pleased with the service. I’m only giving them 4/5 because of the phone issues.
