- SOSarah OliverMar 20, 20261.0Terrible. I knew I should have gone to the Wildwood location, they’re always LOVELY there, unlike the head clerk at the Union location who is mean just for the fun of it. Existing reviews say it all. In the same week, they made photo copies of my husbands documents for his passport application onsite at the post office, but the head clerk very rudely turned me away and refused to help me or make copies of mine (the only reason why I did not come with photo copies ready was because my husband had an appointment at the same location just days before I did and they did it for him so he told me it wasn’t needed). If this is a rule, I’m not mad they won’t do it. But I am mad that they pick and choose who they will make copies for and who they reject. Getting treated completely different than my spouse at the same place for the same service does not feel good. The head clerk blamed another employee, but she is also very aware this is happening and allows it to continue to happen… at least for some people anyway. If she’s annoyed with this employee for “breaking the rules” then she most definitely took that out on me. Other people present apologized to me for the way I was treated. Going forward I will make the extra 15 minute drive to the Wildwood location.

Knocked my mailbox 4 inches off the foundation and cracked the brick. Paul the post master has still yet to resolve or be able to provide any kind of feedback. I have inquired several times and just get the run around with no call back or any communication. Now as of March 7th between them and the St Louis location have lost my blood pressure medicine. One of the meds insurance doesn't want to pay a second time because of how expensive it is. What happened to accountability.

- JLJoanna LaneDec 11, 20181.0For some reason they get our mail mixed up whenever its sent to the office and when I came in yesterday this girl who had dark curly hair with glasses on was kind of rude. I don’t know if she was new or she just didn’t know what to do or maybe she was being lazy? But I came in to make my address permanent and handed me a paper and said that I had to mail it and everything. ( I had to come in since online wasnt working) Explained that I did the temporary here and didnt have to mail it in and she said no we dont do that here. I was like what? I for sure know they do so I went to the st claire one instead. They did the job much better and was super nice to me.
