- LLLisa LaytonMar 15, 20251.0Union is absolutely the Worst! My Medication is sent to my home. I called and the Dr said it had been shipped and delivered. So I called Good Ol' Post office. Come to find out, Who ever did the Mail run on Feb 26, 2025 sent it to the Wrong Address! They said they would "Investigate" I have to sign for this package. All they have to do is find out who worked that day, and see who signed off on my pkg. Now the P.O. wants me to do Their Job. They get paid a nice amount. This was completely unacceptable. I'm back to taking my mail to another town. I also seen a mail carrier put a stack of mail on top of the other mail boxes. It was Super Windy. The mail flew all the way across the Street, The Postman seen what happened, but didn't know We were watching and He got back in his mail Truck and drove away. He never went to retrieve the Mail. I'm in Woodland Oaks, in Union but I drive to Villa Ridge to Mail everything. They lost my pkg, THEY need to find it or pay for it. PERIOD.

I don’t know if she was new or she just didn’t know what to do or maybe she was being lazy? But I came in to make my address permanent and handed me a paper and said that I had to mail it and everything. ( I had to come in since online wasnt working) Explained that I did the temporary here and didnt have to mail it in and she said no we dont do that here. I was like what? I for sure know they do so I went to the st claire one instead. They did the job much better and was super nice to me.
