They have at least 7 packages of mine and claim they are unable to deliver for no real reason. It's the holidays I want my stuff! What if one was medication?
- XMX MaydayMaeveDec 6, 20251.0Horrible services. My package was estimated to be delivered on the 3rd…then the 4th…then the 5th. On Friday I called 5 times in an attempt to simply come get my package. No answer. It rang until it beeped. Today it was finally going to be delivered. The driver refused to drive to my home which receives USPS mail ALL THE TIME and attempted to put the huge box in a mail box. Marked it as “attempted delivery” and left. The post office is already closed so I can’t even go in. Now I will not be getting my mail until after the weekend. This is actually RIDICULOUS. Get your crap together.

I have cameras that show this to be false and no delivery was ever attempted, nor do any of them require a signature. I work an hour away from this post office so they are closed before I can even get there. The lady I had before would get my deliveries to me without falling but now this newer guy hardly ever delivers my mail let alone my packages.
- DDDanielleNov 5, 20251.0Zero stars if I could. No one ever answers the phone. Put in for a redelivery of packages next day, and days later it still says processing for redelivery. Original delivery didn't happen because they claimed there was no safe space to deliver, even though we have a mailroom that USPS delivers to all the time. AND we were home at the time they supposedly tried to deliver.
