- KSKelley SJan 30, 20262.0Lord knows I’ve tried everything…. Just to get my mail, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Every week I receive other people’s mail in my box. We have 8 mailboxes together clearly marked with house numbers. How our packages are constantly placed in another box is just lazy. I’ve had my medications from the VA put in the wrong box numerous times, sadly it has taken up to 7 days for the homeowners that received them to get them to me. I left a tip, card and cookies at Christmas… the day she got them she put 2 of my neighbors (different neighbors) mail in my box. I even purchased larger numbers for the box that are HUGE. Did not help! Driveway was shoveled and cleaned to the blacktop, salted and clear of snow… It’s now 5 days later and I’m still getting notes in my box that package was undeliverable? I’ve sent pics to the PO, I’ve called and I can’t even pick up the package because it’s not at the post office. I know their job is not always easy, but even with all of my thank you’s, waves to her, and gifts and money … nothing helps. Sadly, looking at the other reviews left on here, Troy has had a lot of issues that are not being handled.

And apparently the drivers don't understand numbers, couldn't tell you how many times I've gotten my neighbors mail, only difference is I never get mine back from them.... so this really creates a problem when you put my mail in the wrong mailbox.

They have at least 7 packages of mine and claim they are unable to deliver for no real reason. It's the holidays I want my stuff! What if one was medication?
- XMX MaydayMaeveDec 6, 20251.0Horrible services. My package was estimated to be delivered on the 3rd…then the 4th…then the 5th. On Friday I called 5 times in an attempt to simply come get my package. No answer. It rang until it beeped. Today it was finally going to be delivered. The driver refused to drive to my home which receives USPS mail ALL THE TIME and attempted to put the huge box in a mail box. Marked it as “attempted delivery” and left. The post office is already closed so I can’t even go in. Now I will not be getting my mail until after the weekend. This is actually RIDICULOUS. Get your crap together.
