The USPS isn't equipped to handle packages and will refuse delivery, making us have to go pick them up. When UPS used to have contract with Amazon, we NEVER had an issue. The post office has not been pleasant whatsoever to deal with on this matter. They're proud to have the Amazon contract, but can't solve the customer's issues when they can't deliver. They should have an alternate delivery driver/vehicle for larger packages if they're going to take on the responsibility of Amazon deliveries.
