  I got the pleasant pleasure of working with Joy the assistant manager at Walmart FedEx. She was very patient, friendly, helpful and concerned. She made the visit very welcoming and could tell she cared that we get the right label on my printer I was returning. Thank you kindly. I really do appreciate you and your generous help with a smile.   The lady that works there closed early on a Friday and I leave for work every Sunday and am not in town until Friday evening every week. I needed to pickup a package that required a signature and when I arrived before 6pm Friday she was counting down her drawer and said she was clocked out and that I needed to come back Monday. I missed out on several hundred dollars because I had to come back on Monday Sunday travel is double time for me so 10 hours at double overtime. you do the math. Not to mention being a day late to arrive on my next job site. I was really upset. The audacity to look me in my face before 6pm and tell me she couldn’t simply check my id and hand me a package is pitiful.

  First, this is inside Walmart so don't expect to just pull up & quickly pack something. When I went yesterday afternoon it was closed. There was a sign on the gate that said "be back in 20 minutes" but there was no indication of when it closed to know if you'd be waiting 2 more minutes or the full 20 minutes.
