  One of my documents failed to print and I didn't realize it until I was at the post office. When I went back to get it, 2 young male employees were very helpful, one of the women was slow and rude. When I produced the receipt proving that I had paid for copies I didn't receive a woman came out and helped me when get what I needed. Beware that their printers are set to charge you for color copies which are unbelievably overpriced. If you can get by with black and white, you have to change it for every single print job that you do if you use the self-service copier. If you forget to set it to black and white it will charge you for color even if you actually get black and white copies. This is shady. Corporate greed. I printed and mailed two large packets of information last month and realized later that I had paid double-$20 extra because of the default color copy setting nobody mentioned. If you're in a pinch for copies, it's ok. Could be alot better if some of the emoloyees were friendlier and more professional

  I had an outstanding experience at FedEx Office – South Lindbergh, and it was entirely because of Janet. I walked in knowing I had a project to complete but not fully understanding what I needed to get there. Janet immediately stepped in, asked the right questions, and took the time to understand my actual goal—not just sell me a service. She patiently walked me through the options, explained everything in plain, understandable terms, and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the project. At no point did I feel rushed, talked down to, or brushed off. She addressed every concern I had, double-checked details, and made sure I walked out confident, prepared, and ready to move forward. What started as uncertainty turned into clarity entirely because of her. Janet is the kind of employee every business wishes they had. Her professionalism, patience, and ability to translate complexity into understanding is something the entire team could learn from. She didn’t just help me complete a transaction—she set me up for success. FedEx should be paying close attention here. Employees like Janet don’t just represent your brand well—they are your brand. Highly recommended. Ask for Janet if you want things done right.
