I’m not a frequent FedEx customer, but I needed to ship something and already had my label prepared. I didn’t have a box, so I asked the person at the desk for help, and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Afterward, I noticed many one-star reviews, which unfortunately makes this experience feel like an ongoing issue rather than a one-off. It doesn’t seem like these concerns are being addressed, which is disappointing.
