We not only had a difficult shipment, but also learnt after 1h that we did not need to ship it. The staff were so patient and friendly and got our envelope back!!! I'm eternally grateful.

Too often we take for granted poor postal/shipping service so its equally important to acknowledge when a store has clearly gone out of its way to give excellent service, clean interior, good lighting, friendly welcoming staff, etc. This is no doubt a organized, well planned effort towards this and it should be acknowledged.

They’re always friendly, helpful and reliable. Never a problem over the hundred plus times I’ve been there.

Employees here are nice and everything but ultimately do not know what they are doing. I sent a package from this location to family in another country and the customs documents were filled out incorrectly by the FedEx shipping agent. This means the package is stuck in Canadian Customs and I need to hire a broker to fix it.
If a FedEx location can't fill out it's own paperwork correctly, why are they even open?!
I'm greatly disappointed ☹️
