At this point, if I had the option to choose another carrier, I would. I am going to have to monitor when I order packages now to see who they will use as their shipper . Completely ridiculous service. I was promised my package on Friday never got it. Then was told it will arrive today Sunday and still no package. I called customer service and was told the driver is in my area 3 stops away and I guess that was a lie , because still no package this is ridiculous. Please choose another carrier service is trash.
