Every time I see a package is being shipped through them, I instantly get stressed because it’s ALWAYS a problem. Not once in a while… every single time. Delays. “Out for delivery” with no delivery. Packages bouncing around the city like they’re sightseeing instead of coming to my door. Zero consistency. Zero accountability. Zero improvement. I genuinely hate seeing “FedEx” pop up on a tracking page, because I already know what’s coming: frustration, confusion, and if I’m lucky the package arriving days later than promised. I don’t know what’s going on with their system or their routes, but it’s ridiculous that a company this big feels this unreliable. At this point, if I had the option to choose another carrier, I would every time. I am going to have to monitor when I order packages now to see who they will use as their shipper . Completely sick of FedEx OMG 🤦♂️ FedEx, do better. Customers deserve better.

I was greeted by "Christian" who was pleasant and kind the entire time I was there. He was patient with me as I navigated the price points while simultaneously waiting on other customers; never allowing anyone to wait. This is my type of customer service! You got it right FedEx! I believe a certain percentage was Christian's customer service training but more importantly, I KNOW it was his good ole' home training and being raised "PROPERLY!" Thank you, Christian! ...NEW customer here!

I paid for it to get here before Sunday bc it was an urgent item I needed by Monday Morning, now it is Sunday, their office is closed, and nobody can help me get my item before I need it. I sat at home all day waiting for a package that was scheduled to be delivered at 1pm only for it to never have even left the facility. Thank you FedEx and thank you MARK for not doing your job and ruining my weekend.
