I walked in knowing I had a project to complete but not fully understanding what I needed to get there. Janet immediately stepped in, asked the right questions, and took the time to understand my actual goal—not just sell me a service. She patiently walked me through the options, explained everything in plain, understandable terms, and made sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the project. At no point did I feel rushed, talked down to, or brushed off. She addressed every concern I had, double-checked details, and made sure I walked out confident, prepared, and ready to move forward. What started as uncertainty turned into clarity entirely because of her. Janet is the kind of employee every business wishes they had. Her professionalism, patience, and ability to translate complexity into understanding is something the entire team could learn from. - MFMatthew FishOct 27, 20251.0Shipped a $600 TCG card off to get graded, package was ripped open and contents stolen by an employee. It is so frustrating to be stolen from by the company you paid to ship. To top it all off, after it was stolen, I provided 9-10 pictures and screen shots for substantiated documents, for FEDEX to claim "there was no declared value requested", so they refunded me less than 25% of the value. This is a blatant lie, more so, there is no way to respond or fight it. I without question gave the value twice to the employee and to be met with this response to save the company money and not reimburse me is unacceptable and unjust.
