If you can't do something so simple, I think you should close this company. People are being victimized and I went to 3 FedEx offices and they don't even know where my package is.

I said I had a card from Etsy to print (which I’ve done at least twenty times prior with no issues) and she immediately interjected “we have problems with those all the time there’s nothing we can do if it isn’t formatted right!” I showed her the image and said I thought it would be fine just using a screenshot because it was not a very detailed picture (greeting card) and then she said it could be done on Monday (Saturday before Father’s Day). I was confused because I have done this many times and the whole interaction including emailing the files to the store usually takes about three minutes once I am helped and cost $5 or so. There was no one in the store and she said the only way I could get it today was a $17 priority charge. I was shocked and confused and explained I have done this a number of times and her response was “well those people should be fired because that’s not the way it’s supposed to be done!” She knew it was a Father’s Day card and that it was the next day, and I would have planned differently had that been my previous experience, but given my previous successes doing the exact same thing I hadn’t. A good customer service representative would help a customer in this instance and offer a bit of empathy, instead they lost a long time customer and future references.
