If you do get assistance it is so condescending and inappropriate. I cannot stress enough how incredibly rude they are. I have always used this location because of the excellent customer service but that is not what you will get with this current manager. The “customer service” at this particular location, particularly the version of “service” provided by Felicity, is terribly tarnishing the highly regarded FedEx brand. I’m sure FedEx leadership in Memphis would be appalled if they knew how badly interactions like this can harm their brand.

The computer system that I tried using was terrible and antiquated, so I had to email documents to the staff for printing. As I asked clarifying questions to understand how long it would take for the documents to hit their system, Felicity stated to me that patient is a virtue, and gave me a little side eye attitude at the same time. Her snark was totally unnecessary and completely unprofessional. I was simply trying to determine whether I should abandon the print job to reach my client appointment on time, or stay put. Apparently, these basic questions were agitating to felicity while she was making a simple little spiral bound booklet. Will not visit the store again. Although based on reviews, Felicity probably won’t have her job for Long, anyway and I will welcome myself back into the store under a new store manager one day. One out of five stars. Do not recommend.
