- LLLisaJan 2, 20261.0This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. It was my first time visiting this FedEx location. I’m not a frequent FedEx customer, but I needed to ship something and already had my label prepared. I didn’t have a box, so I asked the person at the desk for help, and they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Afterward, I noticed many one-star reviews, which unfortunately makes this experience feel like an ongoing issue rather than a one-off. It doesn’t seem like these concerns are being addressed, which is disappointing.

Some employees are friendly and helpful while others seem to loathe every customer that walks through the door. Today, Tyler at the copy counter was kind and professional. Thanks, Tyler! Meanwhile, Beth at the shipping desk was rude, bordering on hostile, from the moment I stepped up to the counter. After she “helped” me, I overheard her interacting rudely with other customers, as well. Apparently, Beth needs a vacation. In the meantime, I’ll bring my business to another FedEx location or, better yet, a different carrier.

They talk like a "boss", act like a "boss", directing you around for wrong reasons. I just came by today and the lady looked at me and say, is that the only coat you have? With such a judging tone, as if she is some kind of superior being or something.
