  The service here is great, the store is nice, and it’s a convenient location! Also, both times I came to this DHL location, the man helping me managed to get me big discounts on international shipping.

  I had to ship two very urgent letters to Germany this week, and Matthew and DHL really came through for me. Both shipments were about half the cost of what I paid at a competitor last year, and both made it overseas like clockwork. Tuesday noon drop-off for a Thursday 5pm delivery (local time), same duration for the Wednesday shipment. The store don't look like much, but it's got it where it counts. And Matthew makes all the difference as well!

  Last week I had send a letter to Spain and used the new location on Clayton Avenue. Wow what a difference from the last time I used the office in Hazelwood. I believe the man’s name is Matt who could have not made the process any more enjoyable. As a senior who at one time had a few hundred salesman working for me personality like his is hard to find in a customer service position. He went out his way to help in all ways. Stick with the office it is a dream compared to the warehouse in Hazelwoo.

  I'm here on Saturday during the hours stated on Google and stated on the sign. They are closed. Really frustrating to go so far out of my way to a closed location.

  I really appreciated the knowledgeable and professional service that this DHL location provided me on a recent international shipment. They had different types of DHL boxes and pouches in stock, completed all custom and duties forms required and projected arrival in 6 days. Fast forward to 6 days later, the package was delivered as promised in perfect condition with no customs issues. I didn’t want to trust my shipment with a ‘general shipping store’ that processes DHL packages because they aren’t as familiar with international documentation requirements. In addition, using the DHL store automatically gets you a 40% discount over the general shipping stores since you don’t have to pay the middleman. Bottom line: use the DHL store….you'll get expert service and a better price.
