  Exquisite work Marvelous understanding customer needs on a project I am doing Mickey Mouse theme on 5 yr old boy non relationship I have never use a print shop But you all should know This company went above and beyond my dreams on my items I order Just know one thing they will meet any vision you have for a project Please give them a chance for your business

  I just have to give a HUGE shoutout to this amazing shop for the banner they made for my Sesame Street party! 🎉💛 From start to finish, the customer service was top tier. They sent me a preview before finalizing everything, which I absolutely loved it made me feel so confident in my order. And when I say the banner turned out PERFECT… I mean it exceeded all my expectations! The colors, the quality, the detail everything was on point and brought my whole party vision to life.   I order shorts online for shipping it said you will receive them in 2 business days days paid the cost which was 5 shirts then she posted on her page that had toddler shirts order 2 of them this which March 7th and 8th so I ask that be shipped with the other 5 shirts for 314 shirts then March 10th I get a call from one of employees bout the toddler shirts asking can take a bigger size cause that don't have the size I said no so two days later that called and said that just made the toddler shirts but I asked on Tuesday will I have the adults shirts in the mail that assures me yes went in to the shirts Thursday that assured me again I should have them the post office tracking said it will be here today called them early this morning for them to explain to that companies do this this prepaid shipping it's a process to go thru so that don't why that offer this to customers i message the owner this morning she never responded when the store was open called a few times her employee answered and he stated that been have a lot of issues with people complaining bout items getting delivered by the dated stated but I would have talk her finally called and talked to her and she was very rude and nasty I told her what was going on and asked if she had shirts can I just get the shirts and when the others came in the mail I can bring them to her and she said no refunds are nothing I told after 314 day I wouldn't want them if that didn't come on time when that keep saying that would be here by today she told me to take the up with the post office and hung up on me while I was talking them my day and she did the same thing my daughter is a small black business and definitely try to make it with the customers when things happen and remind you when she had to the size for the toddler shirts when I picked them up she said sorry bout the delay cause of shipping it took longer then she expected and didn't get mad but I'm so pissed on the other noted I'm glad God showed me you and how you act cause I'm preparing for my wedding and I wanted some customed order stuff and refered other people to do business with you I would definitely be really mad if I placed a order on wedding stuff and you act like this I know I would lose it God deal with people like you that's why black prople get beside that selves sometimes God sees all

  The professionalism and customer service was amazing. Ms. Erika took great care of me and my t shirt looks awesome. Wow was all I could say in a very good way. I will be back. Thank u again Ms Erika!!! I recommend this business if you want quality and wonderful customer service go see them!!
