  Malcolm is awesome he always has work for me when I ask about jobs and I love to work with them and Amber the manger is wonderful she nice and respect people .

  2 stars because customer service can improve simply with COMPASSION FOR THE LABORERS. It's very unsettling to be informed about an interview process from a PeopleReady "client", just to be mislead into picking up shifts that are reflective of peak seasons. I've watched full time employees undermine and turn away workers that reported on time. Same day pay is in fact a joke depending on who is processing requests. Being booked for a job that turns you away is a complete inconvenience for anyone expecting to work the shift they were scheduled for be it a day prior or last minute (hour before shift). I haven't had the best experience and I know I'm overqualified for many of the gigs I've accepted. I would suggest removing the "booked" status for any worker that was sent home after 2-6 people were kept for the labor report. Jobstack is selling false hope. People are simply trying to supplement their lifestyle/family. To be dismissive is absolutely disrespectful to anyone - regardless of their age, race, or sexual preference. Winter is coming!
