- DHDanae HugheyOct 15, 20251.0im giving 1 star for the nice lady i talked too when i first called but i forgot her name. when i first called it takes multiple calls for them to actually pick up you gotta call 3-5 times thats IF they even pick up the phone. and when i applied i let the first nice lady know i had a felony from illinois and she didnt say anything about it she just said okay (the job SPECIFICALLY SAYS people with a criminal background are encouraged to apply, fair chance) then to find out after trying to get ahold of them again calls after calls to let them know i completed my on boarding a lady tried to tell me it has be like 7 years prior from your felony to even be hired on. dont put on your website that people with a criminal background can apply if there are “certain” expectations about it. yall need to put that on there and the 2nd lady that tried to explain it to me didnt even make sense at all. yall literally wasted my time by giving me onboarding just to find out i cant be hired because of a recent felony i got in 2023. weird.

- AKAndrea KempJul 17, 20251.0i filled out an app on indeed on the description it says individuals with a criminal background are encouraged to apply...it even says its a FairChance employer lol...after filling out the app i calles the maplewood location in St.Louis and was told that i cannot have anything on my background within 7 years....so which one is it do u hire individuals with a criminal background or u do but it has to be past 7 years and if so it should state that in the description....
