I tried to ship a small package using a prepaid label, but an employee named Jon refused to accept it without any valid explanation. The reason for the refusal was that he objected to the writing on my box. Instead, he told me to take my package apart and purchase a box from their store. This felt like an attempt to force additional sales rather than provide proper service. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not be pressured into buying unnecessary products. I wasted a significant amount of time repacking my shipment because of this situation. I would not recommend this location

Every single one of my packages sit there for atleast 2 days before being sent out for delivery to me. I despise the fact that this is my closest post office and the one that delivers my mail
