  I have mailed packages from this location on numerous occasions and have never experienced this until my last visit. I came in with my package all boxed and ready to go and I was informed because it was technically a "moving box" and I was using a ups label that I had to put my box in one of your ups boxes or move my stuff from my box into one of your boxes. Thought this sounded weird as I always use the boxes I already had it packaged in but whatever. I said I'd purchase one of your TEN DOLLAR boxes. The problem was you didn't really have the size box I needed. They were too small or too big which we know increases the shipping cost. Trying to put my things in a box that was going to cost $20 more to ship is crazy. After I left your store I noticed 3 separate "supply" charges totalling roughly $19.00 and all I bought was a box. So when I got home I called another ups store in town that I also have shipped the same type of boxes from multiple times and they told me I could absolutely use my own boxes. So I won't be back for your extra $20 supply fee when I had a perfectly fine box that my items fit perfectly in to begin with. I will say your staff was friendly and helped resolve the box "issue".

  UPS as usual is always helpful. Damian’s was super helpful. Please do not let Amazon not use UPS as a return center. UPS is what made Amazon so way to use in the first place.

  EVERY TIME I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING THE ENTIRE STAFF AT 1325 W. Sunshine is so very friendly and kind. I’m greeted as I enter the door. I have never had a bad experience at this store and it’s always where I go and will continue to go. Today I had Adrienne and she was super friendly just like the rest of the staff. Thank you so much for hiring such kind people cuz sometimes I need help and they are always willing to help me.
