  Carl and Kayla were great!!! They assisted me with packaging my items, figuring out the most cost efficient way to ship my items with care and had excellent customer service not only while helping me but with helping others that were there!

  Great service from helpful and knowledgeable staff. I do all my shipping here. Never a problem and I've never had to wait too long. I highly recommend!

  I had 15 microphone’s to return to Amazon though UPS that Amazon decided to separate each mic as 1 of 15, each mic was scanned and we was rolling, mocs were scanned and taken to the bin. I knew a problem happened when James walked away instructing a newer person to help me who did not know which QR codes were scanned. Then, I was left to figure out some items were scanned and some not, then an hour later, James comes back to help and scanned everything again just to say they scanned a couple QR codes and didn’t collect the items and 2 mics not scanned in the system and I have to take them to Staples because they couldn’t take them. (I returned all the mics to the same location) After what we could get figured out, all done, James then has the audacity to hand me the review QR code to inform UPS how he was able to help me through the issue he first created he blindly didn’t notice. I have never had such a bad experience at this location. More training and leadership present here would have been helpful. Also a way for the system to capture my name and how many items per QR code would have been helpful instead of going back and forth between codes. James could not tell me how many were scanned because the system doesn’t capture quantities. This process should be smooth and integrated being billion dollar companies. AI would of done better in this case. I am done now but please, FIX your system. It’s 2026!

  I've had to ship packages on two different occasions recently and have been very impressed with the attentiveness, professionalism, and cheerful attitude of your employees. My needs were quickly addressed and from now on that will be my go to store!

  My experience was dope. Tammy was super nice and patient with me as it was my first time going to see a notary. And Kayla was able to tend to all the waiting customers as I filled through my emails. Plus Tammy was kind enough to satisfy my curiosity on what it takes to be a notary as we waited for the print!
