- TBTyler Bailey4 days ago2.0Came here they do not do overnight shipping anymore and I was told the one across town which is a 20 minute drive did. They do not. So I'm glad I got to waste my time spending 20 minutes driving to and then 20 minutes back across town

They are not scanning packages the day of receiving them, I run a ebay store and they are causing me to have a late shipment. I will be calling consumer affairs today to fix this. I drop my packages off around 230 to 3 and on the door it states last package pickup is 5 pm. Plenty of time to scan packages in.

So much so that I go across town and only use this store because of that. Always easy service and in and out fast.

I wish Teresa lots of luck and good health while enjoying retiring. Always good experiences here. If you have an issue and patiently wait your turn and ask for help , the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to help. I would not have stayed at this location for my box service since location opened, if I wasn’t happy. Thank you James river post office! Much Appreciated!
