It's the week before Christmas and the line stayed 10 deep and yet the two gentlemen working were kind, efficient, and super helpful. One of the men was even helping people in line be ready before getting to the desk while still helping the person at the desk. I didn't know exactly what I needed, but was served with a patient smile.
