    Sorry for the late message. I called UPS for many many days and your company would not assist me with a way to contact you so I called Amazon about 40 times and they provided me with your contact information. On Oct. 28, 2025 I drove approx one hour to the UPS store at 334 East Kearney Springfield Missouri. After waiting in line a young lady with long black hair announced that the store did not have enough help to accept amazon packages that were not already packaged. I was told to take my amazon return home and and package it my self if I wanted to return it. It is a one hour drive round trip and Amazon has sent me a QR code and told me that the return did not need to be packaged.

    I didn't catch her name and couldn't see her name tag but a younger female employee with dark wavy hair and wearing snowflake earrings today just exudes rudeness. I was attempting to use the kiosk as directed as there was a long line forming and the kiosk told me to see an associate which I mentioned to her and she ignored me completely leaving it to an already busy employee to help as she was just standing at the counter cutting out some laminated tags. Better customer service would be nice

    Apparently, customer service there isn't a priority, or they teach their employees how to talk down to customers. Didnt catch her name, but a younger female was there, 45 minutes into being open and acted like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. Maybe find another line of work away from customers. If that's the kind of people you hire to work there, maybe corporate should be told about that. Whoever that girl was shouldnt be allowed to deal with customers.
