They were totally disrespectful, rolling their eyes like I was wasting their precious time—as if working one extra minute would kill 'em! Their attitude was just awful. And get this, when they slammed the door shut, they actually hit my foot! I bet I'm not the only one they've treated this way. Seriously, I hope they realize how much shame they're bringing to UPS with that kind of behavior.
