- TCTammy Cameron3 days ago5.0Kayla was outstanding. My husband dropped off two packages for me and Kayla (store2459) assisted him. There was an issue with one of the scans and it wouldn't scan clearly. Kayla went above and beyond and hand-entered the tracking number into the system so the package could continue being tracked. She was so nice and was able to keepy husband calm. He typically is very impatient and gets frustrated easily but was praising Kayla for her assistance, persistence and professionalism. It's rare to find someone, especially as young as her, that is as thorough and professional as she was.
