- DBDerrek Booze1 day ago5.0When walking in, I observed a lobby full of people and Karen was on of the associates who was very helpful and polite to all of them. A customer had numerous of items that needed to be returned and apologized to Karen for it, and Karen made sure the customer did not feel bad about all the items! The customer thanked her for being so nice and helping her with every return and proceeded to give that same customer service to the next person. I can assume those customers will be like me when needing to go to a UPS Store and return to this one.

He is so funny, kind and gets the job done fast and easy. I have personally watched him help an elderly lady find an email so she was able to return an Amazon package, I’ve seen him help with boxes out of a car, he always goes above and beyond and always had a smile on his Face! Y’all are lucky to have him!

Do you guys close at 4:00pm yes but I work in customer service and I have stayed 20-30 min later took orders and made sure peoples items are shipped because it just so happens I do the same exact thing ship stuff. It would’ve taken 2 min and now and item for a customer is going to arrive late. It’s fine tho I’ll be back in the am and I will discuss it with you because your CS can make or break a UPS location

The people I've met that work here are very kind and friendly and really know what they are doing so you can get in and out quickly. This past visit I returned a package. This location is my fav!💚🌸💖
