Chris had a warm and welcoming personality she went above and beyond to help me with a difficult package and was patient with me the whole time. I’d strongly recommend this location.

They charged my $2 to TAPE the box. Took the lady less than 10 seconds and a foot of tape. A year ago they did it for free. I know it isn't the employee's choice, but what an absolute rip off. With four young kids and living 30 minutes away it isn't easy to get to errands often otherwise I would have totally taken the box home and come back later. I will always remember UPS store's greedy $2 tape fee. Thankfully I can go elsewhere with my business easily.
