They charged my $2 to TAPE the box. Took the lady less than 10 seconds and a foot of tape. A year ago they did it for free. I know it isn't the employee's choice, but what an absolute rip off. With four young kids and living 30 minutes away it isn't easy to get to errands often otherwise I would have totally taken the box home and come back later. I will always remember UPS store's greedy $2 tape fee. Thankfully I can go elsewhere with my business easily.

There were 3 cashiers when I arrived, all of them had someone at their station and it was myself, and 3 people behind me. The cashier that I got was extremely polite, was wearing a genuine smile, and even though I was only dropping off a pre labeled package, she thanked me for my business and told me to have a great rest of my day.
