It wasn't how it appeared online when I made my order. Dennis Ford was very kind and suggested I create another order with a smaller poster to cut down on the image issues and come back and see him when it was ready. I did and it turned out really nice. Dennis was professional, resourceful and courteous. I will always choose Staples when I am needing printing items like this and I highly recommend them to anyone who makes printed guides, resources, posters or charts, etc. Dennis is the best! Thanks so much!
