I watched this clown spend more time trying to get his dog (cleverly disguised as a service dog) to listen and stay than doing actual work. This is 100% what's wrong with America. Do the right thing here Staples. Keep the fur out of your business. Nobody wants this. Youve got a line 15 people deep but he can't assist because hes corraling this untrained beast?? Worst service ever. Stay away.

Super slow! 1 person working, she was superrrr slow and with 5 people in front of me, I waited half an hour and then she took almost 5 minutes to accept my 1 item and give a me a receipt. From time in the door to out the door 37minutes. I had one item and most of the people in front of me when I came in were simple returns also.

The clerk that works there is amazing but there is only so much she can do. I know the computer is slow, but even having someone there to package the full boxes and load them to the cart would speed things up a bit. There’s never any customers in Staples but the line is through the store for Amazon returns. Meanwhile, employees mill around (aside from the one clerk) and act like we aren’t there. Quite frustrating.
