The immature girl working Amazon returns on 12/22 around 2:30 needs to be put in a different area of store with no customer interaction. On multiple occasions, she’s been extremely unkind to older people who are unsure of how Amazon returns work. She is passive aggressive if your return was not able to go back in the original packaging. Everyone else is super kind, but it always lately seems to be her working Amazon returns, unfortunately.

Had a very unpleasant amazon return experience. The line is super long, the lady that was helping the customer seemed frustrated and rude but I can understand as a single person can only do as much. Hoping that they will manage staff better or atleast have customer friendly staff in the future.

Went into the store to print 1 copy via the self print/copier machine. When the copy was made, it came out covered in streaks. Went to the counter for some help. The gentleman behind the counter who was just standing there doing nothing (I believe his name was Sid) told us he could not help us, that they could put a work order in for the copier but it would take 2 weeks to get fixed. When we asked if we could send the file for him to print, he told us he couldn’t print it for us (he wouldnt tell us why) and would not refund us for the bad copy. If this is the kind of service that is acceptable here, I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

So, I'm sure a lot of people say this. I don't like being that person and leaving bad reviews or calling and making a scene. But a couple of weeks ago this place was very kind and fast and printed what I needed within a couple of hours. This week, I ordered another print and they never responded back despite a confirmation email. We called this morning and they said my order didnt exist and to call customer service. Even though I had the email, it charged me, and it showed as "in progress" on the website. They then call me today to cancel my order due to copyright. I made fanmade items based off of pokemon, and where I understand the copyright issue, why did they print my order before? One of the prints was just a cartoon version of my dog with her name on it, with no relation to pokemon. But Abby kept insisting if it even is in the "style" of pokemon she can't print it. That can be up to anyone's interpretation. I understand copyright. But when they already messed up my order and then canceled it, and then I can't even print a cartoonized dog with nothing else on it, when they happily did so before, it's pretty disheartening. They then kept me on hold and didn't come back and before that said I could reorder and take another day to MAYBE see if I could print it. I've seen other people go to staples to print actual pokemon photos so that's why I went to them. Someone needs to fix things in general and get their rules straight. I had such a good experience the first time, so it's unfortunate. I won't be back. Edit to say the manager called and left a message. He sounded kind and helpful and lo and behold, they CAN print my item! But that interaction with them losing it, then berating me for asking a question left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered somewhere else.
