The box was soaked through with chocolate protein drink which was part of my delivery it had been so miss handled that one of the containers was open and had spilled over four bags of granola as well as popping each bag open destroying them. I am afraid to drink any of the protein drinks for fear of a leak that could have contaminated it or eat any of protein granola. I contacted the company to let them know because this is Christmas time and I just hope that whoever handled this package doesn't handle yours!! Sam's is replacing it. I also let FedEx know.

I went online to their website at 10:30 to send in a print to be ready at 4:30. On their confirmation email back to me, it said a store associate would be in touch with pricing because I added a special request to have them cut 1 inch off of each side of my 1 paper print. When 4:30 hit, I still did not hear back so I went into the store. It was around 4:45 by the time I got there. My 1 print had not even been touched. The lady went and printed it off and cut the 1 inch off. My bad experience came when the pricing screen showed up. Online it said my print would be around $1.50 and I did not think cutting would be a lot. I was wrong! My total ended up at $10! How can cutting for not even 1 minute cost $8? When I mentioned it, the store associate just said “yeah cutting is a lot.” The store should have mentioned that before cutting the paper since I could have done it myself. I am very disappointed in the way the store handled themselves.
