- ALAudra Lyn1 day ago1.0Arrived asap with handicap badge on car for post op hip replacement, opened the door at 4:59 with QR code open on screen and the box in hand. Girl said she wouldn't scan it. Then ignored me when i asked what time they open.. while staring right at me. Rude and lazy.
- JWJessica WilsonMar 12, 20261.0I swear this is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I have had so many packages go missing because apparently no one there knows how to read an address. Some of them I’ve only gotten back because of honest neighbors. The rest? Gone. How hard is it to read an address? Isn’t that literally your job? Then you leave my package in a locker and don’t give me the key — wow, thanks, that’s super helpful. Or you shove packages into the big locker and just leave it wide open for anyone to take. Completely careless and unprofessional. At this point, it feels like no one there takes their job seriously, and customers are the ones who have to deal with the consequences. Absolutely ridiculous. 😡

They apparently don’t know how to read, constantly miss delivering mail, they leave a package in a parcel locker and refuse to leave a key so you’re unable to retrieve your package. If you call up there the post master doesn’t care and pretty much tells you he is unable to do anything about it and the key should be delivered at some point……..

I think at this point I’d almost have a claim to unpaid wages the amount of times I’ve had to deliver my neighbors mail. Don’t even get me started on their drivers, but to summarize, Hellen Keller would drive better. Do not use this post office
