The Smithville USPS has a very rude young female employee at the customer service desk. She has a terribly unfriendly attitude. My advice to her: If you hate your job and working with the public this much, quit and find another job! I will do my business at the Plattsburg USPS from here forward. The Plattsburg employees are much more friendly, and they serve their customers with respect and with a smile.

Smithville Post Office is the worse Post Office with lazy, lying, misleading, rude and arrogant employees and Assistant Manager. They didn't deliver my online packages and they lied about them. They they delivered my international packages and documents to the wrong country for more than 6 months when I paid a lot for their delivery services. They're so corrupted and super lazy and rude.
I will never ever use this post office anymore. Don't waste your time, energy and money for this post office!!!!
I hope Trump will do something with USPS as it's been wirse for many years. It needs a Big Change!

Paradise Route person doesn't deliver and says that we were not home!! This isn't the first time our home as been skipped. it has happened in bad weather when the package is to big for the box , but today was an important delivery and it was a small item that could have been put in the mailbox or on the porch, while I was sitting in the living room I get an email notice said "Receptacle blocked". What??? if this is how you get overtime on a Sunday and don't go to work it failed, we needed that package, we were home and I hope the Smithville Post office takes this to heart because Monday I'll be in the office, Fed-x and UPS from now on!
