- FNFack N54Dec 7, 20251.0Lazy is an understatement, they don’t check in packages on time, they don’t load packages on time, in person they are rude and dismissive. I think at this point I’d almost have a claim to unpaid wages the amount of times I’ve had to deliver my neighbors mail. Don’t even get me started on their drivers, but to summarize, Hellen Keller would drive better. Do not use this post office

- MGMatt GainesJul 17, 20251.0The Smithville USPS has a very rude young female employee at the customer service desk. She has a terribly unfriendly attitude. My advice to her: If you hate your job and working with the public this much, quit and find another job! I will do my business at the Plattsburg USPS from here forward. The Plattsburg employees are much more friendly, and they serve their customers with respect and with a smile.
