- MGMatt GainesJul 17, 20251.0The Smithville USPS has a very rude young female employee at the customer service desk. She has a terribly unfriendly attitude. My advice to her: If you hate your job and working with the public this much, quit and find another job! I will do my business at the Plattsburg USPS from here forward. The Plattsburg employees are much more friendly, and they serve their customers with respect and with a smile.

They didn't deliver my online packages and they lied about them. They they delivered my international packages and documents to the wrong country for more than 6 months when I paid a lot for their delivery services. They're so corrupted and super lazy and rude. I will never ever use this post office anymore. Don't waste your time, energy and money for this post office!!!! I hope Trump will do something with USPS as it's been wirse for many years. It needs a Big Change!

This isn't the first time our home as been skipped. it has happened in bad weather when the package is to big for the box , but today was an important delivery and it was a small item that could have been put in the mailbox or on the porch, while I was sitting in the living room I get an email notice said "Receptacle blocked". What??? if this is how you get overtime on a Sunday and don't go to work it failed, we needed that package, we were home and I hope the Smithville Post office takes this to heart because Monday I'll be in the office, Fed-x and UPS from now on!
