I have lived here just over a year and ship multiple packages every week. I've had nothing but exceptional service from friendly staff.

There actually so dumb it's crazy constantly have to argue with them about our PO box and never get our packages. Also why are you open for four hours a day that's stupid and it's when everyone has already left for work and won't be back in time and even worse it's open for a single hour on Saturday why even open at that point? They gotta lock in like it's insane how dumb you have to be to run a small town post office that badly

I get notifications from shipment saying my very small order has arrived that morning. Right before they closed, the p.o. box was check and still nothing. This has happened multiple times. They also won't allow a mailbox Infront of my house and commented that even if there was one, they refuse to deliver. Very rude and should be able to have a mailbox if wanted.

Absolutely terrible post office. This location consistently refuses to deliver packages to my front porch. My house cannot be seen from the road, I have a covered front porch, and a table sitting next to the front door specifically for packages. The delivery driver will fill out a slip that says the package was undeliverable or no one was available to receive the package (even though it doesn't have to be signed for.) Our neighbors have the same issues. On top of being ridiculous about delivering packages, everyone on my street has to rifle through the mail and then deliver all of the extra mail to our neighbors because the mail isn't sorted correctly. Everyone has made complaint after complaint about the delivery driver's inability to do their job. I personally am sick of working my full time job and them having to come home and then deliver mail too. THEN, if they don't deliver your package they hold it at the post office. The office is only open from 0800-1100 Monday - Friday. How in God's name is someone that works supposed to ever get their packages. Something needs to change. I am fed up with making complaints to everyone.
