- SSStacyAug 23, 20251.0I really hate to leave a bad review, but when your new credit card is delivered to the wrong house, that’s a pretty serious and scary situation. It was “delivered” three days ago and a neighbor just brought it to me. Other trivial things being misdelivered is one thing, but not a credit card. Thank goodness for honest neighbors. This neighbor stated she is constantly getting mail for other homes. This really should be the exception and not the norm. 👎🏻

Always great customer service from Tiffany, who also provides lots of useful information on mailing parcels and international mail, as well as local info, directons and advice. Everything I have mailed or shipped from here has been delivered.

She was knowledgeable and gave me the information I need to make a decision. She was also patient and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Tiffany was a pleasure to deal with and made my visit to the post office enjoyable. I would highly recommend Silex Post Office to anyone looking for excellent customer service.
