- CPChase PriceFeb 2, 20261.0Said they couldn’t deliver a package because snow on my driveway even though it’s plowed and fine, then there’s no way to call them or get ahold of them other than the usps number they give and there’s no option to talk to an actual person, plus the hours they are open are the most idiot hours ever so there’s no way to even pick stuff up, my advice is to do whatever you have to do to avoid using them
- SSStacyAug 23, 20251.0I really hate to leave a bad review, but when your new credit card is delivered to the wrong house, that’s a pretty serious and scary situation. It was “delivered” three days ago and a neighbor just brought it to me. Other trivial things being misdelivered is one thing, but not a credit card. Thank goodness for honest neighbors. This neighbor stated she is constantly getting mail for other homes. This really should be the exception and not the norm. 👎🏻

Always great customer service from Tiffany, who also provides lots of useful information on mailing parcels and international mail, as well as local info, directons and advice. Everything I have mailed or shipped from here has been delivered.
