- AAAlexJan 19, 20261.0I’m not one to write bad reviews unless I have had repeated issues, and I definitely do with this postal service. Marking packages as delivered on tracking despite them NOT being delivered. Packages clearly marked DO NOT BEND bent and forcefully shoved into my mail box. Packages marked FRAGILE showing up shattered. It’s beyond frustrating.
- DHDawn HaleyDec 23, 20251.0Ok, yes - I am in a small town, but when you order something and you are PROMISED a delivery date and time, you see it arrived in town the day it's supposed to be delivered and the day is chg'd the the next day between 8;30am to 12:30pm. Them it's delayed AGAIN to 7::30 pm. It's BS. Sikeston post office is NEVER consistent some days mail is delivered by noon like the last week, then the next week it's not until 5pm. WOW... That's not the "government" I've come to know!

Granted I'm usually in there for small things, like to pick up a package or buy some stamps, so I can't speak for others... But for me personally they have always had good customer service...
