My name is Phoenicia Williams I did not appreciate when I went in there today, November 4 when the mail carrier lady at the desk was super rude to me. She was a new lady then she called over her supervisor who dealt with cancer and the supervisor should know me because I’ve been in there for over well let’s just say almost a year and I don’t say anything. I just go in there. I get my packages and she used to say hey what’s up sweetie but for some weird reason because the new lady who is there she had a funky attitude and she treated me like she was racist well if that Mail carrier lady either one of them continues to act like that they’re gonna get fired straight up there’s no reason to be racist. There’s no reason to be jealous. There’s no reason to be anything because I just go in there to get my mail and I go home. I live off grid. These people have known that for a year. I had no choice but to report them to the higher ups the corporation because of the way that they treated me if they continue it The racism they will be fired straight up all of them. There’s no reason for that. Have a blessed day.

The postmaster at Shell Knob, who also oversees the Golden Post Office, is a total failure at the job. Golden's post office has been closed 5 out of the last seven days, with no mail even delivered to any PO Box on those 5 days. His response, "I'm doing the best I can Do", and if we want our mail here in Golden, we can all drive 38 miles, roundtrip, to pick our mail up in Shell Knob. Typical Government Run Operation, Total Failure, I'm sure they are so proud
